We're going above and beyond to make sure our accommodation is one of the safest around.
Clean & Safe Charter
We've been accredited with the 'We’re Good To Go' award which is the official UK mark given by Visit England. This award is given when a business has followed the Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has appropriate measures in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
Don't forget all of our new and existing bookings for 2021 & 2022 are covered by our Book with Confidence Guarantee. This guarantee means that you can book your holiday with the peace of mind that should the Coronavirus interrupt your plans to come and stay with us, you'll be able to move your holiday to a future date, free of charge.
We want to inform all our customers of the steps that we will continue to take to help keep everyone safe during their stay with us.
Check in will still take place at Reception but this will be done by following a one in one out system to limit the number of persons in the building at any one time.
We have decided that irrespective of any announcement made by the Government and in order to protect our staff, private owners and guests, we would politely request that face coverings are worn in Reception and the Laundry Room. If you do not wish to wear a face covering, we will attend to your needs at an outdoor area.
Our receptionists will be sat behind a Perspex shield.
Our holiday accommodation is self-contained and ideally located so that it can safely be used whilst adhering to social distancing guidelines.
We will be operating a very strict and thorough cleaning process so our customers will have the reassurance and peace of mind that they need to feel safe and secure during their holiday.
Our check in/out times have had to be amended to allow us to have enough time to carry out our new cleaning regime. Check in is now 4pm and check out is 9am.
We have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of our holiday caravans and apartments, but we have now gone above and beyond our traditional cleaning process. Our staff will be deep cleaning our accommodation in full PPE and have now been fully trained by KillGerm who are the UK's leading manufacturer and distributor of public health products. We will be using a ULV spraying system which will spray an airborne mist of droplets of PX-ULV disinfectant throughout our accommodation that is effective against enveloped viruses which includes Coronaviruses eg, SARS-COV-2.
We will be paying particular attention to the following areas:
- Handles and doorknobs
- Hard surfaces
- Switches and controls
- Waste areas
- Soft furnishings
- Balconies & decking
When a guest checks out of any of our holiday homes, the accommodation will be well ventilated and disinfected using the ULV system. Our staff will then wear full PPE to clean the accommodation which will then be inspected and sealed. The next arriving guests will be the first to break the seal when they enter their accommodation.
If any of our guests develop symptoms of or suspects they may have Coronavirus during their stay with us, please inform reception immediately.
