Coronavirus Information for Guests with Bookings at Luxury Cornish Retreats

Following the latest government announcement, we are now working as a very small team but would like to reassure our customers that we are still available to answer any enquiries that you may have. The most efficient way for you to communicate with us is to contact us online. If you would like to contact us via telephone and our lines are busy, please leave a message and one of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

We understand that this is a worrying time for our customers and with this in mind, please see the information below on how we intend to support you if you have an existing booking with us;

 

Customers with a holiday booked between the 1st June- 4th July 2020.

 

  1. Our accommodation is temporarily closed to our guests until 4th July 2020 unless the current restrictions should change.
  2. A member of our team will be in touch with all customers that have a booking during this time in holiday start date order, please bear with us.
  3. Please be assured that any monies paid to date will not be lost.
  4. Anyone who is unable to travel will have the option to amend holiday arrival dates, or keep their money paid thus far on account to be used at a later date.

 

Customers with a holiday booked after 4th July 2020.

 

  1. We will continue to monitor the situation and follow government guidelines.
  2. If we need to extend the period that our accommodation is closed, a member of our team will be in touch with all customers that have a booking during this time. Please be patient as our priority will be to deal with those customers who have immediate bookings first.
  3. Please be assured that any monies paid to date will not be lost.
